📋 Description

• Lead development of new insurance product concepts and health solutions (e.g., industry-targeted
• Translate enterprise and product strategy into early-stage designs, value propositions, and
• Identify opportunities based on member needs, health disparities, employer demand, and market trends
• Promote concept refinement toward scalable, market-ready solutions
• Incorporate employer-subsidized and hybrid market opportunities into the innovation pipeline and
• Analyze development of employer-subsidized insurance solutions, including ICHRA aligned and hybrid

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, product management (ACA or Small Group), or
• Experience supporting product development, consumer journey mapping, improvement plans, or pilot
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
