• Work on various projects supported by a team of Sia consultants and/or client representatives
• Ensure projects are delivered beyond expectations
• Act as a coach and mentor for consultants
• Engage in business development and sales support to shape and grow the business

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Master's Degree
• At least 8 years of experience in consulting within the utilities industry
• Passion for energy
• Business network at relevant energy companies
• Good view of developments in the energy market and impact on value chain actors
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics
