📋 Description

• Guide companies during their transition towards the New Energy Reality.
• Work on various projects supported by a team of Sia consultants and/or client representatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered beyond expectations.
• Act as a coach and mentor for consultants.
• Engage in business development and sales support to shape and grow the business.
• Handle assignments such as market entry studies, improvement of operational processes, investment

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree completed.
• Passion for energy with at least 8 years of experience in consulting within the utilities industry.
• Business network at relevant energy companies.
• Good view of developments in the energy market and impact on actors in the value chain.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics with ability to quickly build expertise and help
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills; German is a plus.
