Senior Manager Enterprise Risk & Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead Lumi's ERM framework: taxonomy, KRIs, risk registers, and reporting.
• Oversee Fraud and AML/CTF risks, ensuring frameworks stay current and embedded.
• Design and execute a risk-based internal assurance program, including control testing.
• Advise senior leaders across Commercial, Credit, Product, Tech, and Operations on risk and compliance.
• Develop and deliver risk reporting for the Risk Committee and senior stakeholders.
• Act as Secretary to the Board Risk Committee; prepare agendas, papers, minutes, and actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior enterprise risk management or compliance experience in financial services or fintech.
• Exposure to AML/CTF and fraud risk management is beneficial.
• Experience conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and control testing.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to influence and advise senior leadership.
• Experience producing board-level reports and presentations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Meticulous analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-starting with ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives.
