Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation

📋 Description

• Partner with one or more Transformation Leads to support the planning, coordination, and execution
• Support Transformation Leads by analyzing data, preparing insights, and aligning stakeholders with
• Support day-to-day program and project management for assigned initiatives, including tracking
• Help develop and maintain transformation plans, ensuring alignment with initiative goals and
• Identify risks, issues, and interdependencies across workstreams; escalate and help resolve
• Prepare status updates, executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, program/project management, strategy
• Experience supporting corporate development activities including integration planning and execution
• Certification in project management or change management (e.g., PMP, Prosci) (preferred)
• Strong program/project management skills
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
