Senior Manager, Finance

📋 Description

• Provide financial decision support to Finance and leaders across Marketing and Product, including
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to evaluate actual performance against budgets and
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports within tight deadlines
• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple business systems, including CRM, financial planning
• Deliver impactful business analysis that extends beyond expense forecasting and variance analysis
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers that can influence business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 4–10 years of relevant FP&A experience, with strong experience in financial analysis
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build clear financial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail and a
• Commercial and business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect financial results to
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence interacting with senior
