Senior Manager, Finance

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day accounting: AP/AR, payroll, general ledger.
• Manage pass-through media costs; reconcile gross vs net revenue in AdTech.
• Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and runway; provide real-time liquidity views.
• Establish disciplined month-end close; deliver P&L, BS, Cash Flow statements.
• Implement scalable financial systems and controls (billing, expense mgmt).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on finance/accounting experience.
• AdTech/MarTech or Digital Agencies with high-volume pass-throughs.
• Startup environment; hands-on builder, not a delegator.
• QuickBooks Online or Xero and Excel proficiency.
• Fundraising literacy: Venture Debt and Equity knowledge.
• Based in Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT).
