Senior Manager, Finance Systems & Data

📋 Description

• Own finance systems and data
• Diagnose where today's process breaks and design it so reconciliations close on a predictable
• Own the integrity of data flowing across Finance systems
• Establish clear metrics for reconciliation health
• Ensure pricing, quoting, and commission data tie cleanly back to billing and revenue recognition
• Replace the highest-cost manual workflows with durable automation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Finance, Finance Operations, RevOps, BizOps, or a highly analytical function
• Strong knowledge of AI and data infrastructure frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Fluent in scripting (e.g., Python), SQL and advanced Excel/Sheets
• Experience stitching data across multiple systems (CRM, ERP, payment platforms, internal databases)
• Built or significantly improved financial reporting, reconciliation, or revenue data systems
• Deeply analytical and comfortable working with large, complex datasets
