Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance
• Generate regular reporting on operational and financial KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities
• Conduct variance analysis including volume, mix, and margin trends to identify deviations from
• Support M&A activities through financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation; lead
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies; recommend and implement
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to develop data-driven budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting
• Proficiency with financial modeling tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI)
• Familiarity with accounting software (Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, ERP systems)
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation
• Demonstrated ability to establish or improve collections processes
