📋 Description

• Steward and manage the preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K
• Lead the drafting, review, and continuous improvement of MD&A, footnote disclosures, and
• Manage the XBRL tagging process and maintain all EDGAR submissions.
