Senior Manager, FP&A

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary finance partner to SLT, supporting decisions on hiring, investment
• Own the P&Ls end to end — budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and the 'what
• Build and continuously improve driver-based models, such as the long-range plan, bookings model
• Lead planning cadences (annual, quarterly, monthly outlooks) and integrate business partners'
• Manage and develop one Senior Financial Analyst, setting priorities and raising the bar on quality
• Own Adaptive Planning administration and maintenance, and drive AI-augmented workflows that make

🎯 Requirements

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, including directly partnering
• Direct people management experience
• Deep fluency in SaaS cost structures and unit economics — cloud/hosting costs, CoGS vs. OpEx, gross
• Hands-on experience building in an enterprise planning platform (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment
• Clear, executive-ready communicator who works autonomously and with focus, integrity, and humility
