Senior Manager, FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead FP&A partnerships with R&D and Operations
• Support budgets, forecasts, hiring plans, and investments
• Own planning and forecasting rhythm for supported functions
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Monitor performance vs forecasts; identify risks and opportunities
• Translate complex financial questions into clear analyses

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in financial analytics roles (strategic finance, FP&A, etc)
• 5+ years FP&A or equivalent finance in a fast-paced setting
• 3+ years managing people and teams
• Strong business partner to senior leaders (R&D/Operations)
• Financial modeling and reporting expertise; advanced Excel
• Experience with FP&A tools like Planful is a plus
