Senior Manager, FP&A (Sales Finance)

📋 Description

• Own monthly commission payments: calculation, validation, analysis.
• Ensure integrity of compensation data and plans.
• Investigate discrepancies; document resolutions.
• Support sales teams on compensation questions.
• Design, maintain, and refine commission plans and processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Ops, HR, and Sales.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–12+ years FP&A or Sales Finance experience.
• Experience supporting Sales/GTM in SaaS or high-growth tech.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and commission finance.
• Hands-on Anaplan experience building/managing commission models.
• Experience in sales compensation planning, calculations, validation.
• Strong SaaS metrics understanding and business acumen.
