Senior Manager, Fraud Operations

📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Fraud Analysts, establishing investigation standards
• Build and maintain fraud classification and labeling infrastructure, including taxonomies and case
• Develop investigation playbooks and standard operating procedures for card fraud, application
• Oversee fraud operations across card products, application processes, and the travel marketplace.
• Design and improve fraud detection controls with Product and Engineering.
• Produce regular fraud intelligence reporting for senior Risk and Finance leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in fraud operations, financial crime, risk management
• Hands-on experience in card fraud operations (credit, prepaid, or gift card products).
• Proven people leadership managing fraud investigators or operational risk teams.
• Strong practical experience with SEON or equivalent fraud detection platform.
• Experience using Salesforce or comparable case management systems.
• Familiarity with BSA/AML requirements and financial crime prevention.
