Senior Manager, Fulfillment Operations (Pharmacy)

📋 Description

• Work with the pharmacy operations team (pharmacists/technicians) to meet/exceed daily SLAs and
• Oversee the physical flow of inventory and materials, including receiving, staging, storage, and
• Establish and maintain daily workflow processes, including station prep checklists, staging quotas
• Monitor intraday throughput and fulfillment SLAs; dynamically adjust labor and employee assignments
• Design and manage a safe, scalable, and efficient facility layout that supports high-throughput
• Ensure smooth material flow from receiving through outbound to minimize travel time and congestion.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations; experience in
• Proven ability to optimize fulfillment operations and implement technology-driven improvements.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Strong people management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Expertise in inventory control, supply logistics, and vendor relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
