Senior Manager, Global Benefits

📋 Description

• Shape the strategy: Define and evolve our global benefits philosophy with the Global Total Rewards
• Own the global portfolio: Design and manage health, retirement, insurance, leave and wellbeing
• Run renewals and vendors: Lead annual renewals, broker and carrier relationships, and RFPs.
• Keep us compliant: Make sure plans meet local rules in every country. Own US compliance directly
• Manage cost: Own the global benefits budget and forecasts with Finance. Model plan changes, track
• Lead benefits operations: Lead the team that runs enrollment, life events, leaves, payroll and HRIS

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive global benefits experience in a global, high-growth tech or enterprise software company.
• Deep expertise in benefits design, renewals, vendor/broker management and benchmarking across
• Strong, hands-on US benefits compliance experience, plus experience with European programs and
• Experience managing benefits through both owned entities and Employer of Record providers (e.g.
• A track record of building or transforming benefits programs, not just administering them.
• Experience leading a team and influencing senior stakeholders in lean, fast-moving environments.
