Senior Manager, Global Card Business Development & Operations

📋 Description

• Define and execute the global card roadmap, incl virtual/physical cards and wallet integrations.
• Lead end-to-end launch and scale of card programs across markets with teams and partners.
• Own relationships with issuers, BIN sponsors, processors, card vendors, and ecosystem partners.
• Lead integration and launch of digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, regional providers), driving certification and tokenization.
• Manage physical card supply chain and vendor ecosystem (manufacturers, fulfillment, logistics).
• Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing with payment partners, vendors, and banks.
• Build launch SOPs, operational processes and escalation mechanisms for scalable global operations.
• Drive GTM strategy with Product, Growth and Regional teams to boost adoption and engagement.
• Monitor performance and identify bottlenecks with data-driven analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cards, payments or fintech.
• Proven experience launching and operating global card programs, incl virtual and physical cards.
• Hands-on 0-to-1 Apple Pay and Google Pay integrations.
• Deep understanding of the card ecosystem.
• Experience with card industry players: issuers, BIN sponsors, processors and wallets.
• Experience at Visa, Mastercard, issuer processors, or leading fintech card issuers preferred.
