Senior Manager, Global Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end global payroll process for Crunchyroll ensuring the accurate and
• Develop, implement, and maintain payroll strategies, policies, and best practices to ensure
• Lead and manage payroll setup for newly established entities, ensuring operational readiness
• Support business expansion into new markets by overseeing payroll implementation, including vendor
• Partner cross-functionally with People Technology, People Operations, Finance, and third-party
• Ensure full compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax regulations and labor laws.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ Years of overall payroll experience, 5+ years of global payroll experience with in-house payroll
• Demonstrated experience with global expansion, payroll setup, continuous improvement, and M&A
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities with the ability to balance strategic oversight and
• Deep knowledge and experience working with payroll vendors & platform technologies; includes
• Proven leader directing, managing, and nurturing global teams
• Thinks analytically, focuses on the larger picture, and is able to drill into the detail and
