📋 Description

• Commodity Insights: Establish a monitoring framework to forecast global market shifts, raw material
• Upstream Cost Engineering: Construct and scale material-specific clean sheets to lock in baseline
• Tier 2 (and Tier 3) Vendor Strategy: Map and design an upstream network strategy to consolidate raw
• Material RFPs: Design and execute RFPs tailored specifically to raw material vendors, yarn
• Value Creation: Identify and execute on opportunities to reshape the supply chain and extract new

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in raw material sourcing, commodity procurement, or upstream supply chain
• Deep knowledge of textile raw materials including yarns, fibers, fabrics, leather, and related
• Experience negotiating directly with mills, tanneries, yarn spinners, and raw material vendors
• Familiarity with commodity hedging frameworks and global market indices
• Proven ability to build and execute material-specific clean sheets
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfort with large data sets
