• Own and optimize Flipdish's Meta paid-media programme across the UK and Ireland; protect the
• Manage PPC across Google and other relevant platforms; use AI and automation for routine
• Build and run structured experiments across creative, audiences, bidding, channel mix, and emerging
• Evaluate channels against full-funnel economics, from first click to signed customer and revenue
• Partner with the SEO/AEO specialist to connect paid and organic strategy, identify where the
• Build clear dashboards and automate reporting, monitoring, and routine workflows so the wider

🎯 Requirements

• Have 8-10+ years’ experience in paid media and demand generation, with a strong record of ownership
• Have significant experience working with UK or Irish brands, clients, or markets, and understand
• Can demonstrate hands-on Meta Ads expertise at meaningful spend levels, alongside broader PPC
• Think like a growth hacker: you run a high volume of focused experiments, read results honestly
• Are fluent in full-funnel metrics such as CPL, CAC, payback period, pipeline conversion, and
• Use SaaS, automation, and AI tools to increase your leverage across reporting, optimization
