📋 Description

• Build growth strategy and customer intelligence
• Plan and operate two-sided demand generation across channels
• Create and distribute content that acquires and educates
• Own conversion and experimentation (landing pages, CRO)
• Build and govern HubSpot architecture and automation
• Support product marketing and Sales enablement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building B2B growth or demand generation programs tied to qualified pipeline and revenue
• Advanced, hands-on HubSpot experience across marketing automation, CRM workflows, Sales handoffs
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation, product
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment
• Zero-to-one operating ability: turn ambiguity into action, ship useful work quickly, learn from
• Clear, persuasive writing and communication
