Senior Manager, GTM AI Engineer — Revenue Enablement

📋 Description

• Set the internal sales enablement AI roadmap and prioritization framework.
• Build and standardize GTM AI tooling; write and ship production code.
• Make build-vs-buy decisions for enablement capabilities and tools.
• Deeply understand the sales domain to identify AI leverage points.
• Drive adoption by ensuring tools are actually used by sellers.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a role combining hands-on go-to-market with 1+ year building sales-tech.
• Proven ability to ship production code (Python/TypeScript or comparable); LLM/agentic experience preferred.
• Real fluency in sales process and domain knowledge; able to read pipeline/forecast.
• Track record of defining and tracking success metrics for initiatives.
• Experience driving adoption, not just deployment; ensure tools are used.
• Comfort operating with high autonomy and ambiguity; roadmap largely yours to define.
