Senior Manager, GTM AI Engineer — Revenue Enablement

📋 Description

• Lead GTM Enablement AI roadmap; govern apps for the GTM org.
• Build and standardize GTM AI tooling; write production code.
• Make build-vs-buy calls; evaluate third-party vs in-house AI.
• Deep sales domain knowledge; understand pipeline and CRM.
• Own adoption and measurement of AI initiatives.
• Hybrid role; base in SF/NYC/Seattle/SLC/Vancouver with 3 in-office days.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in GTM roles; 1+ year building sales-tech.
• Proven ability to ship production code in Python/TypeScript (LLM apps preferred).
• Fluent in sales process and domain knowledge.
• Track record of defining and tracking success metrics.
• Experience driving adoption, not just deployment.
• Autonomy in ambiguity; governance-minded.
