4+ years in a role combining hands-on GTM with 1+ year building sales-tech.
Proven production code experience (Python/TypeScript); LLM/agentic apps preferred.
Fluency in sales process and domain; can join pipeline reviews.
Track record defining and tracking initiative metrics.
Experience driving adoption, not just deployment.
Autonomy and ambiguity tolerance; roadmap is yours.
Bias toward governance and simplicity; avoid tool overlap.
