Senior Manager, Indirect Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement professionals (category managers, sourcing
• Own a large, complex indirect portfolio, accountable for total cost, savings, supplier performance
• Define and execute multi-year category and supplier strategies that balance near-term savings with
• Lead high-value and complex sourcing initiatives and negotiations, setting negotiation strategy and
• Develop senior-level supplier relationships and manage strategic supplier performance and
• Partner with and influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Launch and Testing, Facilities, HR

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related
• 8+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with a significant focus on indirect categories
• 4+ years of people leadership, including developing and mentoring high-performing teams and
• Proven track record executing and setting category and supplier strategies across a large, complex
• Strong negotiation expertise and commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and align stakeholders across all levels
