Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations and Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead two teams: Operations team and Security and Compliance team
• Set goals, develop talent, and build a culture of operational excellence and
• Hold both teams to shared SLAs and quality standards, balancing urgency of incident response with
• Serve as escalation point for cross-team issues, vendor negotiations, and decisions touching
• Own end-to-end decommissioning lifecycle (DECOM) as a governed workflow
• Drive ITAD vendor relationships and escalation paths for asset destruction across all regions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in infrastructure operations, data center operations, network operations, or closely
• At least 3 years in a people management role
• Demonstrated experience managing managers and holding multiple teams accountable to SLAs
• Direct experience with physical data center operations including hardware lifecycle management
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to physical infrastructure: SOC 2, ISO 27001
• Strong program management instincts
