Senior Manager, International Partnerships

📋 Description

• Own sourcing, negotiation, and management of integration partners in Australia & APAC.
• Build Toast's integration coverage strategy in a new market from scratch.
• Design and stand up Toast's channel partner strategy for Australia.
• Define the channel partner program structure (criteria, engagement, incentives, enablement).
• Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle—from identification to renewal.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, Legal, and DevRel on prioritising integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy roles.
• Experience at a large technology company in BD/partnerships, or banking/consulting.
• Proven success managing partner relationships and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience building or scaling a channel partner program.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in an early-stage market.
• Based in Sydney, Australia (required).
