📋 Description

• Own and evolve internal IT stack end-to-end (G Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian).
• Build and lead IT Operations team; drive hiring, goals, and career growth.

• Partner with Security to ensure IAM, device management, and risk standards.
• Collaborate with Workplace and Events to support offices and company events.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years managing IT or systems engineering teams.
• 4+ years administering enterprise SaaS (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Okta).
• Proven success driving AI and automation to boost productivity.
• Strong cybersecurity fundamentals: IAM, endpoint mgmt, risk assessments.
• Track record building and scaling IT teams through growth.
• Bias for action; ownership; resilient in ambiguity.
