Lead daily IT operations, including support coverage, ticket queues, and escalations across time
Own the employee technology lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
Run core IT systems (Google Workspace, Okta, Iru, Zoom)
Manage endpoints, identity, and access, including SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and access reviews
Keep offices connected, including networking, Wi-Fi, and AV
Lead corporate security operations and incident response

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in IT operations, corporate IT, or infrastructure
3+ years managing IT teams
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Okta
Experience with Iru or comparable device management platform
Experience managing an IT service management platform
Working knowledge of office networking (Meraki) and Zoom Rooms
