Senior Manager, Licensing and Credentialing

📋 Description

• Owns the end to end credentialing and multi-state licensing process and systems, including the
• Oversees the onboarding and offboarding of providers, driving license and credentialing
• Operates our delegated credentialing program and oversees health plan credentialing audits
• Manages entity level enrollment in Medicare, Medicaid, and partners with BD on external payer
• Ensures all providers are in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Establishes and monitors state-specific NP/MD supervision ratios, collaborative practice agreement

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience of applicable Credentialing experience
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in managing and developing teams
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-performing, entrepreneurial setting
• Extremely high attention to detail and process-oriented
• Proven ability to design, manage, and scale complex credentialing and license processes
• Previous experience in the healthcare industry and provider platforms (e.g. CAQH, PECOS)
