Senior Manager - Marketing

📋 Description

• Own MyNaksh's acquisition engine end-to-end
• Own acquisition, CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback targets
• Independently manage and allocate ₹2Cr+ monthly media budgets
• Build automated acquisition workflows across Meta, Google/UAC, YouTube and emerging channels
• Build a high-velocity creative engine producing and testing 100s of creatives
• Own the funnel from acquisition → activation → monetization → retention

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in performance/growth marketing for consumer tech or mobile-first products
• Proven experience independently managing multi-crore monthly budgets
• Deep expertise in Meta, Google/UAC and YouTube
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback and cohort economics
• Experience building automated acquisition workflows
• Proven ability to create, test and scale hundreds of creative variants
