📋 Description

• Govern the CRM and connected marketing technology ecosystem, including the data model, automation
• Establish the strategy, priorities, and execution roadmap for CRM and marketing operations in
• Manage and develop the CRM Administrator, transitioning the function from reactive request
• Define and optimize the end-to-end journey for families and referring providers from initial
• Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams on lead scoring, routing, attribution, funnel
• Represent Marketing and commercial requirements in Product and Engineering planning, ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM systems management, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is preferred; candidates with equivalent depth in HubSpot
• Proven people management experience, including hiring, developing, coaching, and holding direct
• Demonstrated track record of supporting sales teams and delivering measurable improvements in
• Practical experience using artificial intelligence and automation to build and deploy effective
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect marketing strategy with system architecture
