Senior Manager, Marketing (Peer to Peer Education)

📋 Description

• Develop, review, and manage educational and promotional materials that support impactful
• Lead the creation of peer-to-peer educational content, including presentation decks, roundtable
• Identify content gaps and opportunities to evolve peer-to-peer education based on audience needs
• Partner with faculty and key opinion leaders throughout content development, incorporating expert
• Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, strategically aligned, audience-appropriate, and
• Support field training and the rollout of new or updated peer-to-peer content.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; a master's degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• 4-5 years of experience in brand management, with endocrinology and/or orphan drug experience
• Expert-level understanding of traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including print
• Strong scientific and medical aptitude, with the ability to translate complex clinical information
• Experience developing or managing scientific or medical communications is a plus.
