📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Safety Management

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in Human Resources Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related
• At least five years of experience in occupational health and safety, human resources with a focus
• A minimum of five years of experience managing employees, providing leadership, and supporting team
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, workplace hazards, risk controls
• Demonstrated experience managing complex employee cases, workers’ compensation claims, attendance
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior management, functional leaders, internal
