Senior Manager of Accounting

📋 Description

• Provide end-to-end oversight of annual statutory reporting across multiple international entities
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members and contractors by setting priorities, providing
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for key balance sheet areas, including debt
• Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical results to ensure financial
• Prepare monthly management reporting, analytical insights, and executive-level review materials for
• Assess complex transactions under local GAAP and collaborate with Technical Accounting on

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical
• At least 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including experience within publicly traded
• At least 3 years of direct people-management experience.
• Strong technical and operational knowledge of US GAAP and local GAAP requirements.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or overseeing financial statements and statutory reports across
• Experience working with local auditors and coordinating statutory reporting processes
