📋 Description

• Lead a Specialty Liaison team in hospital clinics.
• Mentor and coach Managers of Patient Services.
• Partner with Regional Leadership on growth initiatives.
• Ensure best practices and site metrics attainment.
• Build relationships with health system clinicians and staff.
• Coordinate coverage and develop staff performance.

🎯 Requirements

• National Certification as a CPhT; healthcare exp. required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years supervisory/management exp.
• 5+ years in healthcare or pharmacy with patient contact.
• Outpatient/clinic experience; communicate with physicians and nurses.
• MS Office skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership.
