• Own full-cycle recruiting across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with in-house experience at a B2B SaaS or technology company
• You’ve built this before. You’ve stood up or scaled a recruiting function, including an ATS
• You source your own pipeline. You find passive talent, get their attention, and turn them into
• AI fluency. You use AI to source, write outreach, screen, and automate repetitive work, and you
• Credibility. You earn trust with executives and hiring managers, make decisions based on the
• Ready to lead. You’ve mentored or managed recruiters and can build a high-performing team as hiring
