  • Lead workforce strategy for Blink's Patient Services, enabling scalable ops.
  • Partner with Ops, Product & Eng, Data, Finance, and HR on workforce problems.
  • Own forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, intraday management, and reporting.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, and business cases for decisions.
  • Drive strategic initiatives from concept to delivery to enable growth.
  • Collaborate on technology and automation to improve forecasting and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in operational strategy for blended in-house/outsourced workforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience designing workforce operating models and scaling forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies preferred; strong problem-solving.
  • Data-driven decision making; proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Leadership and cross-functional execution; excellent communication.
