Senior Manager, Operations Finance

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the global Operations team, supporting daily
• Own inventory management reporting and analysis, including inventory levels, reserves, turns, and
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to quantify the financial impact of tariffs and trade
• Build and manage rolling cash flow forecasts tied to operations activities, working capital, and
• Partner with supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing leaders to translate operational plans
• Identify risks and opportunities in the operations cost structure and recommend mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Financial Accounting
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting and business analytics in a
• Proven track record of owning projects and driving their completion cross-functionally
• Experience driving process improvements focused on quality, timeliness and improved efficiency
• Ability to working independently with concern for quality and deadlines
• Data analysis and dynamic scenario modeling with emphasis on researching and validating modeling
