Senior Manager – Payments (She/ He/ They)

📋 Description

• Advise banks and other financial institutions on payments strategy, transformation and regulatory
• Lead advisory and transformation engagements across the payment’s lifecycle, including payment
• Support clients in responding to developments across the European and Polish payments landscape
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across Payments, Product, Operations
• Lead client engagements and contribute to the growth of Capco’s Payments offering through

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in payments within financial services, gained within consulting, banking
• Strong knowledge of the Polish and European payments landscape, including payment products
• Knowledge of European payments regulation and industry developments, including PSD2/PSD3, the
• Experience across areas such as SEPA, SWIFT, payment schemes, cards, account-to-account payments
• Experience supporting payments modernization, payment platform transformation or operating model
• Practical experience delivering payments strategy, transformation, or regulatory change initiatives
