Senior Manager - Payroll

📋 Description

• Responsible for semi-monthly and bi-weekly multi-state US and Canada payroll and all equity related
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and multi-state employment
• Drive process improvements and automation within payroll operations
• Partner closely with Employee Success, Accounting, IT, and external vendors to resolve any issues
• Partner with Employee Success team on employee matters such as new hires, terminations and leaves
• Lead and develop a remote payroll team, fostering accountability, cross-training, and strong

🎯 Requirements

• Progressive payroll experience, including 5+ years in payroll management
• Hands-on experience processing multi-state U.S. and Canada payroll
• Experience with Workday and ADP
• Experience processing equity compensation (RSUs and stock options) and related taxes
• Experience with mobility tax whether state to state or country to country
• High attention to detail and ability to consistently meet deadlines
