Senior Manager, People Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and improve core People Operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Simplify workflows, remove manual work, improve service globally.
• Partner with People Technology & Analytics to design scalable solutions.
• Use data, process mapping, and feedback to uncover friction and drive improvements.
• Define and monitor operational metrics, service levels, and process health.
• Explore automation and AI with governance to speed and standardize.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in People Ops, HR Ops, Business Ops, PM or related field.
• Proven track record improving processes and scaling operations.
• Systems-thinking mindset linking tech, process, data, and experience.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, ticketing, and knowledge management; Dayforce a plus.
• Curiosity and comfort exploring automation and AI to improve how work gets done.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
