🎯 Requirements

8+ years of progressive HR operations and/or total rewards experience
Hands-on HRIS and ATS administration experience; led RFP and implementation
Strong comp fundamentals: salary benchmarking, merit cycles, sales incentives, bonus
Experience building or maintaining job architecture and leveling frameworks
Federal and multi-state US compliance knowledge
Data-driven mindset; build dashboards and reports
