📋 Description

• Platform operations: day-to-day support, release management, and change control for Workday HCM
• Trust and compliance: data integrity, system security, and audit readiness across all People
• Service excellence: operational SLAs and incident, problem, and request management
• AI-driven automation: ticket deflection, proactive data-hygiene monitoring, automated regression
• AI in production: operationalize, maintain, and support AI products and skills
• Roadmap influence: turn operational friction into prioritized requirements, and co-own the People

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in HRIS or HR technology, including hands-on configuration, integration, and delivery
• 4+ years of people management experience leading HRIS, systems, or integration teams
• Deep Workday expertise (Security, Business Processes, Reporting/RaaS), including supporting a
• Hands-on experience with core HR systems beyond Workday, such as ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby
• A strong operating discipline: release management, change control, incident and problem management
• Real experience applying AI or GenAI to HR operations, such as ticket deflection, data-quality
