Senior Manager, Platform Security & Consulting Operations

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers and administrators responsible for the
• Meet Service level agreements and uptime targets by ensuring platform availability, performance
• Establish and lead operational thoughtfulness: incident management, change management, problem
• Act as an escalation point for complex platform issues, coordinating with Security Operations
• Partner with global Platform Operations leadership in the US, Canada, and UK to align processes
• Create automation and tooling programs to reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and scale

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in platform operations, infrastructure engineering, or IT operations, with
• Hands-on experience administering and operating security or enterprise platforms such as SIEM
• Strong working knowledge of cloud environments (Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Ability to coach and develop technical teams, with strong skills in performance management
• Excellent partner-management skills, with experience working across geographically distributed
• Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar) is a strong plus.
