🎯 Requirements

7+ years presales in SaaS/CPaaS; BS in CS or equivalent.
3+ years formal people leadership; coaching and growth.
Data-driven decisions; set strategic priorities.
Proven high-performance team builder.
Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional influence.
Desired: German fluency.
