📋 Description

• Manage, coach and develop 8–12 product designers across US- and India-based teams.
• Lead design execution for AI-powered workflows spanning Product and Revenue lines — the

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant product design, UX or product experience work, including 3+ years managing
• Proven experience managing designers in complex B2B SaaS, platform, workflow-heavy or multi-product
• An exceptionally strong portfolio that demonstrates product judgment, systems thinking, customer
• Exceptional visual and interaction design judgment, with the ability to raise the quality of work
• Strong management skills with individual contributors, including keeping designers focused
