8-10+ years in Product Design
5+ years directly managing product designers
Experience owning a design system at scale
Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products
Strong portfolio showing leadership of complex products from concept through launch
Fluency with AI tooling in own practice and opinion on how it changes design work
