Senior Manager, Product Development (Critical Infrastructure & Advanced Manufacturing)

📋 Description

• Lead the development, revision, and maintenance of curriculum, assessments, labs, instructor
• Translate technical concepts, procedures, equipment, and field practices into clear, job-relevant
• Ensure training materials remain accurate, consistent, practical, and aligned with learning and
• Collaborate with instructors, subject matter experts, Product Development teams, technology or
• Use technology and media to create dynamic, engaging, and accessible curriculum content.
• Design structured learning activities that support learner understanding, practical application

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience working in or consulting with critical infrastructure, data centers, and/or
• Demonstrated experience developing successful technical training programs for roles such as
• Strong understanding of the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment commonly found
• Significant experience with safety requirements such as LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA in environments
• Strong familiarity with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, or comparable procedures used to maintain or restore
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems under fault conditions and clearly

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary range of $80,000–$90,000, with compensation determined in part by geographic
• Remote position within the United States, with two days per month at a Per Scholas site; NYC or
• Candidates must reside in an eligible state: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MA, MI, MO, NC
• More than 40 days of paid time off annually through a combination of holidays, vacation, and
• 22 paid holidays annually, including a week off around Independence Day and a week before the New
• Vacation accrual beginning at 8 hours per month, increasing with tenure.
