🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in technical writing or content strategy; 3+ years leading a team.
• Led enterprise SaaS/B2B doc programs with architecture improvements.
• Strong people leadership; build trust and provide constructive feedback.
• Exceptional written communication; produce polished content.
• Analytical; use data to prioritize and report to execs.
• Familiar with Mkdocs, MadCap Flare, Confluence; structured content.
• Solid understanding of Agile; embed docs in release cycles.
• Excellent project management; multi-workstream prioritization.
